Application Manager Medical Informatics (m/f/d)

Support and further development of the clinical information system as well as other medical specialist applications in ongoing operations.
Analysis and resolution of complex 2nd-level enquiries and support of clinical users with technical and professional questions.
Mediation between medicine, nursing, IT and external suppliers with the aim of continuously improving processes and applications.
Accompanying releases, tests, authorisations and system changes as well as participation in digitalisation projects.
Creation of training materials and documentation as well as conducting user training sessions.
Qualifications:
Training in computer science, healthcare or medical informatics, ideally with relevant further education.
Experience in supporting clinical information systems or medical applications.
Good understanding of processes in medicine and nursing as well as interest in digitalisation in healthcare.
Experience in project work, requirements analysis and collaboration with different specialist departments.
Independent, structured and service-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
