Chef / Cook EFZ 80-100%
Your tasks
- Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all diet types according to the menu plan and special requests
- Responsible for regeneration, finishing, and commissioning of meals
- Co-responsible for efficient inventory management
- Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
- Proper and professional organisation of work within the kitchen service
- Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management
Your profile
- Completed cook training with professional experience
- Many years of experience in hot and cold kitchen, finishing/regeneration, and commissioning of meals
- Professional and independent working attitude
- Flair for plating and decorating dishes
- Willingness to work at events and catering
- Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte kitchen
- Driving licence B is a prerequisite
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
