Your Tasks
- Professional care and support of clients at home
- Taking over case management as well as planning, coordination and evaluation of the care process
- Collaboration with relatives, medical professionals and other specialists
- Ensuring complete and careful care documentation
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Experience in case management, ideally in the home care sector
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Driving licence category B
Your Prospects
- Start from 1 November 2026 in a try-&-hire model with the prospect of permanent employment
- Workload of 60-80%
- Primarily early shifts finishing by 16:00
- Assignments with your own car including mileage allowance or with a home care vehicle
