Your tasks with the new employer:

• You act as a sparring partner for management, sales, and specialist departments, provide sound business analyses, and create a solid basis for strategic decisions with your recommendations for action
• You analyse sales, margin, and earnings developments, prepare business cases and profitability analyses, and continuously develop meaningful management reporting
• Together with the relevant stakeholders, you accompany budget, forecast, and medium-term planning, validate planning data, and contribute decisively to successful corporate management
• Furthermore, you optimise reporting and controlling processes, further develop the business intelligence landscape, and actively participate in cross-departmental projects to improve data quality

You offer your new employer:

• You have a degree in business administration or bring a comparable qualification and extensive practical experience thanks to several years of experience in controlling
• Ideally, you have further training in controlling, finance, or business intelligence and want to apply your know-how in an analytically demanding business partner role
• You have solid experience in reporting, planning, forecasting, and business controlling; you are proficient in Excel, and knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Cognos Analytics, Power BI, or comparable BI tools is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, consulting competence, initiative, and a communicative personality enable you to confidently accompany different stakeholders and actively shape change
