Together with our client, an internationally active industrial company in the Lucerne area, we are looking for a committed individual as Business Controller (80-100%). The company develops and produces high-quality solutions for a demanding, regulated market and is one of the world’s leading providers in its segment. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsibility for cross-site reporting as well as analysis of monthly and annual financial statements
• Business partner for production and supply chain on economic issues and performance analyses
• Participation in forecasts, budgeting, multi-year planning and investment calculations
• Development and optimisation of KPIs, dashboards and BI-based reporting solutions
• Support of international locations in controlling topics and cross-departmental projects

You offer your new employer:

• Business administration education or further training with a focus on finance and controlling
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
• Sound SAP knowledge as well as experience with reporting and BI tools
• Analytical, independent and structured working style
• Negotiation-level English skills for international collaboration
