THE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT OF YVERDON HOSPITAL IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Care of unstable adult patients
• Application of specialised treatments (invasive ventilation, continuous haemodiafiltration)
• Support the EPD SI practical training manager in the clinical and educational implementation of practical training
• Deliver clinical teaching, support professionals in training on site, document their progress, participate in assessments and evaluations by delegation, contribute to the development of the team’s clinical skills

SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Certified intensive care expert EPD ES or equivalent recognised qualification
• Experience in clinical support or supervision of professionals in training is desirable
• Recognised pedagogical training, trainer practitioner training or qualification in clinical training is highly desirable
• Strong interest in knowledge transfer, clinical training and skills development
• Ability to prioritise
• Autonomy, team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to adapt easily to changes
• Ability to remain calm and stress resistance
