What is my role?

Our client requires a committed team leader for technical maintenance to strengthen their team

• You ensure smooth operation and technical maintenance

• You lead a small, specialised team

• You are the central contact person for all technical matters

• You bear responsibility for the safety and efficiency of the site

• You take on responsibility in a demanding environment

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician, maintenance specialist)

• Experience in industrial maintenance

• Leadership experience is an advantage

• Independent, team-oriented personality with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Strong communication skills and safety awareness

• Willingness to perform varied tasks mainly outdoors

• Very good German language skills
