IT User Support Staff (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 80,000Responsibilities:
- You support SME clients in the areas of client, server, network and internet solutions.
- You install, configure and operate IT systems as well as security solutions under guidance.
- In this role, you contribute to the provision of Microsoft 365 and other cloud solutions.
- You participate in migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments and gradually take on more responsibility.
- As IT user support staff, you handle support requests on site, electronically and by phone.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (server, client, Office, Microsoft 365)
- Initial practical experience with virtualisation, ideally with Hyper-V
- Basic knowledge of networks (internet, firewall, VPN, VLAN)
- Confident German in spoken and written form as well as basic English skills
- Solution-oriented, independent and customer-focused working style with strong team skills and driving licence category B
