Hey, we are AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG - the central shared service centre within a family-run group of hygiene paper manufacturers in Switzerland and Europe. As AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, we consolidate all overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, purchasing, sales and planning and work closely with our production sites Tela (Niederbipp) and Cartaseta (Gretzenbach). Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology and sustainable production processes. Sales Team Leader AFH
Tasks
- Leadership of the AFH sales team
You lead and develop the sales team in the Away From Home sector, coordinate sales activities and ensure efficient and goal-oriented collaboration within the team.
- Revenue and profit responsibility
You plan and control sales activities to achieve defined revenue and profit targets and are responsible for the sustainable development of the business area.
- Customer relationship management and expansion
You look after existing customers, maintain long-term partnerships and actively identify new business opportunities through targeted new customer acquisition.
- Market and competitor analysis
You monitor market trends and competitor developments, analyse sales figures and derive appropriate measures for sales development.
- Offer and contract management
You are responsible for preparing offers as well as price and contract negotiations with customers and business partners.
- Collaboration with internal interfaces
You work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, administration and other specialist departments to ensure a smooth order and delivery process.
- Development of sales processes
You optimise existing sales processes, bring in new ideas and support the strategic development of the business area.
Profile
- Training/continuing education in sales
You have completed commercial training and ideally have further training in sales (e.g. sales specialist, sales manager).
- Several years of sales experience
You bring solid experience in B2B sales and ideally know wholesale. Experience or a strong affinity for online trade and digital sales channels rounds off your profile.
- Leadership experience advantageous
You have experience in leading employees or have the potential to successfully lead and develop a team.
- Sales strategy / IT
You have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies as well as expanding market shares. The use of CRM systems and common MS Office applications is a matter of course for you.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
You recognise opportunities in the market, act solution-oriented and actively develop the sales area.
- Communication and negotiation skills
You convince with a confident manner, negotiation skills and clear communication.
- Structured and independent working style
You work organised, goal-oriented and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
