Based in the western Lausanne area, our client is a company that is part of a renowned Swiss manufacturer designing and producing high-end displays, window decorations, and fitting elements. Combining artisanal know-how and industrial processes, the company is continuing its development and strengthening its production management. For a start date from 1st December 2026, they have commissioned us to recruit a:
Logistics and Production Manager
- Technical training (CFC completed by a diploma, ES, HES or equivalent)
- Proven experience in managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Mastery of manufacturing and logistics processes, ideally in carpentry, resins, painting or cutting
- Knowledge of Lean methods and experience with an ERP, SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage
- Rigorous leader, responsive and a good communicator, with a genuine interest in craftsmanship and a keen sense of quality

- Supervise and unite the heads of the carpentry, resin casting, laser cutting and plotter workshops, as well as the logistics, methods and industrialisation teams
- Plan and organise production (priorities, resources, deadlines) ensuring safety, quality and control of manufacturing and shipping costs
- Implement and manage performance indicators (quality, costs, deadlines, productivity) and anticipate production needs
- Deploy a continuous improvement approach (Lean): analyse malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Work in tandem and cross-functionally with other departments: share priorities, circulate information and provide mutual cover
