You actively further develop the client and mobile platform and shape a future-proof working environment. You monitor endpoint security solutions and keep systems up to date through regular patch management. You automate software deployments using the management tools employed. Procurement, onboarding and offboarding, as well as permissions, are also in your hands. In case of disruptions, you analyse systematically and resolve them reliably.
Responsibilities:
You further develop the client and mobile platform and shape a future-proof workplace environment within the Microsoft 365 landscape
You monitor and optimise endpoint security solutions and perform security updates and patch management
You manage clients and applications and automate software deployments
You procure hardware and software components and manage onboarding and offboarding processes including permissions and licences
You administer Microsoft 365 services and applications
Additionally, you conduct fault analyses, resolve disruptions, maintain the technical inventory, and update documentation
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or a degree from a university of applied sciences or a comparable qualification
You have professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 services and Windows client environments
You possess solid knowledge in endpoint management, endpoint security, patch management, and deployment automation
You are familiar with incident and problem management as well as fault resolution
Ideally, you have experience with PowerShell, SharePoint, or corresponding certifications
You work independently and analytically, continuously further your education, and have a very good command of German
