Your tasks as Head of Department Bakery & Fine Bakery:

• Leading and further developing a team of around 12 employees including apprentices
• Responsibility for quality, processes and efficient production in the bakery and fine bakery
• Responsibility for goods and inventory management as well as production and work planning
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Co-designing and further developing our assortment
• Close cooperation with management

What you bring:

• Training as a baker-confectioner EFZ
• Solid experience in bakery production
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility for a team
• High quality standards and entrepreneurial thinking
