About the job
In this position, you are not only responsible for programming but also accompany demanding manufacturing orders from technical implementation to the finished component. You develop suitable machining strategies, optimise processes, and ensure that even complex geometries can be manufactured efficiently and precisely.
Creation, simulation, and optimisation of CAM programmes for 5-axis machining
Conversion of design data into efficient and manufacturing-appropriate machining solutions
Technical preparation of new orders and definition of necessary manufacturing steps
Selection of suitable tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods
Optimisation of existing programmes with the aim of reducing machining times and tool costs
Support of manufacturing and ongoing adjustment of processes for demanding components
Inspection of manufactured components and ensuring the required accuracy and quality
Participation in the introduction of new manufacturing methods, machines, and automation solutions
Technical support in the implementation of customer projects and in solving demanding manufacturing tasks
Continuous development of programmes, processes, and standards in CNC manufacturing
Solid experience in CNC machining, especially in 5-axis milling
Experience in CAM programming
Good understanding of complex machining processes and modern manufacturing technologies
Interest in automation, robotics, and digitised production processes
Very high quality awareness and a precise, structured way of working
Independent and responsible personality with enthusiasm for technical challenges
Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to critically question and further develop existing processes
Varied and technically demanding projects instead of monotonous serial work
A lot of personal responsibility and room for your own ideas
The opportunity to actively further develop processes and manufacturing technologies
A collegial environment with short decision-making paths and direct exchange
Professional and personal development opportunities, especially in the areas of CAM, digitalisation, and process optimisation
Modern employment conditions and flexible working hours
A long-term perspective in a technically innovative production environment
