For our client, we are seeking a technically proficient and strong leadership personality as Team Leader Electronics Manufacturing. In this practical role, you will take responsibility for a production team while actively contributing to the development of sophisticated control and switchgear systems. yellowshark AG will accompany you personally and transparently throughout the entire application process.
- Ensuring and further developing quality standards in manufacturing and testing
- Independent assembly, wiring, and modification of complex control and switchgear systems according to electrical schematics, scheduling, and technical specifications
- Analysis of quality deviations as well as initiation and follow-up of appropriate improvement measures
- Ensuring timely, economical, and high-quality execution of assigned manufacturing orders
- Coordination of open technical issues with production, project management, and engineering
- Additional qualifications in workshop management, project management, or switchgear construction, for example with a federal certificate of competence or at HF level, are a great advantage
- Experience in switchgear construction, control system construction, or wiring of complex electrical systems
- Leadership experience or the personal and professional suitability to lead a production team
- Confident handling of electrical schematics, technical documentation, as well as measuring and testing equipment
- Experience in electrical and functional testing as well as systematic fault finding
- Clear, binding, and appreciative communication style
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
- Responsible leadership role and direct collaboration with production, project management, and engineering
- Motivated team with a high standard of quality and cooperation
- Participation in diverse individual and series projects for industry, mechanical and plant engineering, as well as building automation

Responsibilities
- Technical and personnel management of employees in the manufacturing and testing of electronic components- Ensuring and further developing quality standards in manufacturing and testing

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as an Electronics Technician EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ, Automation Assembler EFZ, or Electrician EFZ- Additional qualifications in workshop management, project management, or switchgear construction, for example with a federal certificate of competence or at HF level, are a great advantage
