Your Tasks and Perspectives

Supporting the team leadership in all tasks related to the organisation of the department as well as participating in direct nursing care
Ensuring and further developing ward-related nursing and documentation quality
Implementing a nursing organisation system based on primary nursing in the IMC as well as planning, organising and ensuring a smooth process with the given staffing levels
Active participation in achieving the company goals
Participation in various project groups for the future-oriented design of the department

Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with SRK recognition as well as IMC or IPS intensive care training NDS
Leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete it
Strong social skills, dialogue and motivation ability as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
Enjoyment in handling medical-technical devices and equipment
Willingness to work in all shifts
