Your responsibilities

Do you enjoy supporting a team and staying close to the field?

Unilabs is looking for a Team Leader at 80%, based in Geneva, to supervise its home care nursing team in French-speaking Switzerland, starting 1 January 2027.

You will play a key role in organising rounds, ensuring the quality of samples and supporting staff.

Required skills

Your tasks:
Supervise, motivate and support the team daily.
Organise schedules and rounds according to patient needs and team availability.
Welcome new staff and monitor their integration, skills and training needs.
Ensure compliance with sampling procedures, hygiene and safety rules, as well as sample storage conditions.
Ensure effective coordination with the manager and laboratories.
Monitor activity, identify difficulties and propose improvements.
Ensure equipment availability and participate in home sampling as needed.

Your profile:
Nursing training and proven experience in blood sampling.
Experience in home care and team supervision is an asset.
Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage unforeseen events.
Fluency in French; English desirable.
