The Eldora Group is active in the field of collective catering. With consolidated turnover of over CHF 400 million, it is one of the largest catering groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters are located in Rolle (VD) and concentrate all its administrative services, employing more than a hundred staff.

To complete our Human Resources team, we are looking for a:

Recruiter (50%)

We offer you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, providing attractive working conditions for its employees as well as advantageous social benefits.

Integrated within our Human Resources team, you actively participate in recruiting our future employees and support sector managers in recruiting our restaurant managers and head chefs.

You take charge of the recruitments assigned to you, from defining the need with managers to selecting candidates. You write and publish advertisements on our various channels, analyse the applications received, and conduct the initial recruitment interviews.

You contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and may be involved in various HR projects within the department.

You have a successful initial experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR department, a placement agency, or a high-volume environment. A good knowledge of the catering professions and their recruitment challenges is desirable.

Comfortable in relationships with candidates and managers, you demonstrate listening skills, responsiveness, and an excellent sense of service. Organised, autonomous, and rigorous, you know how to manage several recruitments simultaneously and master recruitment tools as well as professional platforms.

You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and possess good knowledge of German. A good understanding of the Swiss job market as well as experience in the catering sector are strong assets.
