Tasks:

• Electrical assembly of machines and systems according to circuit diagrams, parts lists and assembly documents
• Connecting control cabinets, terminal strips and electrical components
• Laying, fastening and labelling cables and lines
• Assembly and tubing of valve islands, cylinders and actuators according to pneumatic diagrams
• Installation and connection of sensors, motors and control elements
• Configuration and parameterisation of laser systems according to technical specifications
• Independent pre-assembly of electrical and pneumatic assemblies
• Wiring and tubing of components
• Proper labelling and provision of the pre-assembled assemblies
• Carrying out quality and functional tests during and after assembly
• Identifying and reporting deviations, defective parts or material shortages
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Profile:

• Completed training as an Automation Technician EFZ, Automation Fitter EFZ or comparable technical basic training
• Experience in machine, plant or special machine construction is an advantage
• Confident reading of electrical and pneumatic diagrams
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Technical understanding and quality awareness
• Team-oriented personality with high initiative
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
