Specialist / Senior Physician General Internal Medicine (m/f/d)
For the dynamic healthcare sector, Rocken® supports hospitals and health centres to create synergistic relationships. The main goal is the association of the healthcare sector and highly qualified professionals to ensure an adequate match. Due to our specialised expertise in healthcare, we are able to understand the specific requirements of the industry and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- You take on comprehensive medical care of patients and work closely with the interdisciplinary team
- You develop diagnostic and therapeutic strategies together with management and the team and continuously promote the quality of patient care
- You support the training and further education of assistant doctors and actively pass on your expertise
- You participate in the improvement and optimisation of clinical processes and workflows within the department
- You conduct health checks and preventive examinations to proactively address the individual needs of patients
- If necessary, you coordinate and organise referrals to specialised departments and ensure holistic patient care
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in General Internal Medicine
- You have several years of clinical experience and can apply your expertise in internal medicine
- You are characterised by high empathy and communication skills and can build a trusting relationship with patients
- You are a team player, open to interdisciplinary collaboration, and enjoy supporting your colleagues
- You have a very good command of the German language, both spoken and written, for precise communication with patients and colleagues
