About the job
The Appenzeller Show Dairy is a showcase and brand ambassador for Appenzeller® cheese and thus the spicy excursion destination in the Appenzellerland. The lively, tourist day operation with restaurant, shop and interactive exhibition about the dairy delights guests from all over the world 364 days a year. We are now looking for you as a versatile and creative professional as well as a motivated member of our family team.Your tasks:
• Offer guests a culinary and spicy experience
• Preparation and cooking of all dishes
• Collaboration in planning culinary special weeks and gastro events
• Compliance with the specified quality assurance and hygiene guidelines
What you bring:
• Completed training and experience in a food restaurant
• Connection to regional products and joy in working with fresh raw materials
• Commitment, teamwork, flexibility and stress resistance
• Willingness to help out in other areas of the business when needed
• Neat appearance and good manners
• You can set priorities and enjoy further training
