What awaits you
- Supervision and support of the cleaning team in daily operations
- Organisation and coordination of daily cleaning tasks and personnel deployment
- Collection and coordination of laundry
- Ensuring the agreed cleaning quality and compliance with quality standards
- Inspection of completed work
- Support in onboarding and training new employees
- Assistance with special cleaning tasks
- Support for the property manager
- Taking on the floater role during staff absences as well as holiday and absence cover
What you bring
- Completed training or apprenticeship in building cleaning is an advantage
- Initial experience in a leadership or coordination role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of building cleaning as well as handling cleaning agents and machines
- Good German skills, at least at A2/B1 level
- Good PC user skills are an advantage
- Driving licence category B required
