What Awaits You

As Head of Pension, you bear overall responsibility for the life insurance business of our general agency. You lead a team of ten advisors professionally in the areas of private and occupational pension provision as well as in the mortgage business. Furthermore, you accompany customers in complex pension situations and support your team in demanding advisory discussions. Additionally, you manage your own customer portfolio and advise your clients holistically – both on pension topics and in the area of non-life insurance.

What You Achieve With Us

The core of your task lies in advising our clients on pension and home financing topics. You individually manage your own customer base in all pension matters and support customer advisors in discussions when in-depth expertise is required. In addition, you advise corporate clients in the area of occupational pension provision.

Moreover, you are responsible for the structured and goal-oriented market development in the pension and mortgage business across the entire general agency. Your area of responsibility ranges from creating simple pension analyses to comprehensive pension plans for private individuals. Together with management, you steer market development, define targeted marketing and training measures, and take on the professional leadership of a team of around ten advisors.

As a sparring partner to the sales manager, you actively contribute your expertise to the further development of the team and the entire business field. In doing so, you always ensure that all relevant guidelines, legal requirements, and internal instructions in the pension and mortgage business are known and consistently adhered to.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in the pension business with proven sales success
• In-depth know-how in the BVG business is an advantage
• Structured, goal-oriented and high-performance working style
• High advisory competence and closing strength
• Experience in leading or developing advisors
• Knowledge in the mortgage business is a plus
