As a Service Project Manager, you independently manage repairs, maintenance, and small projects from the first customer contact to invoicing. You assess technical problems, prepare quotations, and organise the execution. In doing so, you keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness and help develop our service offering.
Your tasks:
Receive customer enquiries, advise customers, and carry out technical clarifications and surveys on site
Handle repairs, fault rectifications, maintenance, and minor conversions
Manage small projects in window construction and renovation
Develop technical solutions, calculate orders, prepare quotations, follow up and reconcile them
Order materials and services
Provide complete work documents for execution and supervise the execution
Coordinate service deployments with the dispatcher, provide technical instructions to the fitters
Technically clarify warranty, goodwill cases and complaints and manage them until completion
Further develop the service offering and internal service processes

Confident use of digital work tools (Office, AutoCAD etc.)
Very good German skills in writing and speaking, as well as a category B driving licence
