Role:
In this role, you design and implement CRM platform solutions that inspire customers with innovative ideas, future-proof strategies, and smart IT concepts. You take responsibility for the architecture of Dynamics CRM solutions and ensure they are both technically excellent and precisely tailored to business needs. You combine deep technical understanding with a clear view of business requirements and stakeholder goals. You work closely with project participants to successfully implement demanding projects and continuously develop the CRM platform. Through your contribution, you create an environment where challenging projects, shared successes, and enjoyment of modern software development are central.
Responsibilities:
- You accompany international companies from digital vision development to the implementation of modern solutions and technologies.
- In this role, you independently develop viable solution designs for our customers.
- You plan and define the software architecture for complex CRM platform solutions.
- You coordinate the interfaces between the customer organisation and project team to ensure smooth information flow.
- As a CRM Solution Architect Platform Development, you design tailored, sustainable customer solutions together with your team.
Qualifications:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or development of Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
- You draw on a broad knowledge base in software development (programming, databases, tools).
- You bring a strong understanding of technical and business processes.
- You have solid knowledge in handling business applications, not only in the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
- You communicate confidently in German (very good skills) and have good English skills.
