Do you want to combine your nursing expertise with your know-how in wound management? We are looking for a committed Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with further training as a Wound Expert for an outpatient nursing service.
You work independently in the home environment and, in addition to professional care, also take on an important specialist role around wound care.
? Area of operation: Zurich - Winterthur - up to the city of St. Gallen.
Experience in Spitex is not a must. What matters is your nursing qualification, your expertise in wound management, and your enthusiasm for applying your specialist knowledge in an outpatient setting.

Your Tasks
- You take professional responsibility for the care process of your clients.
- You conduct needs assessments and are responsible for individual care planning and its evaluation.
- You ensure professional basic and treatment care according to applicable guidelines.
- You assess wounds, plan appropriate measures, and monitor their progress.
- You contribute your expertise in wound management to the team and support colleagues with professional questions.
- You advise clients and relatives on wound care and managing their health situation.
- You collaborate with doctors, hospitals, and other involved professionals.
- You maintain electronic care documentation carefully and completely.
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent SRK-recognised qualification
- Further training as a wound expert
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in wound management
- Experience in Spitex is not required
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of professional responsibility and interprofessional collaboration
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
