Your mission
- Management and development of a team of about 8 service technicians and installers in the region
- Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and provide active support in daily activities
- Coordinate resources (including independent workers) in the region and ensure close collaboration with the internal service
- Take measures, advise customers, and assist installers on site.
- Handle complex complaints on site, including decision-making regarding warranty and goodwill measures
- Recruitment, integration, and development of new employees
- Planning, organizing, and implementing regional information meetings as well as product and installation training
- Responsibility for planning, management control, and deputizing within regional management
Your profile
- Basic technical training in the sanitary field or equivalent training
- Additional training in management or business administration would be an asset
- Several years of experience in the service sector, as well as initial management experience.
- Strong manual skills combined with technical knowledge
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
- Dynamic personality, very customer-oriented and team-oriented
- Mastery of the local language of the region, knowledge of German is an asset
