Regional Manager 100% (a)

Fribourg / Lausanne Region

Your mission

• Management and development of a team of about 8 service technicians and installers in the region 
• Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and provide active support in daily activities
• Coordinate resources (including independent workers) in the region and ensure close collaboration with the internal service
• Take measures, advise customers, and assist installers on site.
• Handle complex complaints on site, including decision-making regarding warranty and goodwill measures
• Recruitment, integration, and development of new employees
• Planning, organizing, and implementing regional information meetings as well as product and installation training
• Responsibility for planning, management control, and deputizing within regional management

Your profile

• Basic technical training in the sanitary field or equivalent training
• Additional training in management or business administration would be an asset
• Several years of experience in the service sector, as well as initial management experience. 
• Strong manual skills combined with technical knowledge
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Dynamic personality, very customer-oriented and team-oriented
• Mastery of the local language of the region, knowledge of German is an asset
