IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Our Rocken® partner has been committed for over 40 years to the preservation and sustainable use of rare cultivated plant varieties and livestock breeds.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the IT network. This includes clients (Mac and Windows), servers, VoIP telephony, mail servers, printers and the home office infrastructure
You take care of the support and further development of the address and variety databases (especially FileMaker) and ensure their efficient operation
You carry out evaluations and prepare database data so that it can be used for other applications
You are responsible for ensuring that the accounting data is correctly transferred between FileMaker and Abacus
You are the contact person for employees at all locations for all IT concerns and provide support
You maintain and manage various software solutions such as Microsoft365, Office, image processing programmes and security software
Qualifications:
You have completed an ICT specialist training and bring several years of professional experience in IT
Your very good understanding of database structures and your knowledge in the use and programming of FileMaker distinguish you
You have practical experience in maintenance, expansion and securing IT networks
You work very carefully and structured and bring a high level of service orientation
You are proficient in German both spoken and written and can also communicate in French
