You procure technical materials and components according to operational requirements.
Coordination with suppliers includes prices, conditions, and agreed delivery quantities.
You monitor delivery dates and material stocks based on current demand planning.
In case of deviations, you coordinate corrective measures with suppliers and internal departments.
Together with strategic purchasing, you handle procurement and supplier issues.
You review offers regarding costs and conditions and prepare price comparisons.
You independently handle returns, replacement deliveries, and credit notes.
In SAP, you update purchasing data and support the improvement of procurement processes.
Qualifications:
A technical basic education related to mechanics or industrial manufacturing forms your foundation.
Further training in purchasing or business administration is an advantage.
Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in technical procurement.
You are interested in technical drawings, materials, and mechanical manufacturing processes.
You communicate clearly and solution-oriented in exchange with suppliers.
You are confident with SAP and MS Office or are willing to learn.
You work reliably, organise your tasks independently, and set priorities sensibly.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills for professional everyday life are desired.
