First-Level Support - Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Central point of contact for ICT enquiries and issues in first-level support
Installation and maintenance of hardware such as laptops, printers and peripheral devices
Ensuring the operation of servers, networks and end devices
Management of user accounts and access rights in Microsoft 365 and other systems
Support with updates, installations and security patches in coordination with internal and external partners
Maintenance of clear documentation and training of employees on IT security issues
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Office and SharePoint
Experience with networks, ERP systems, hardware and applications
Responsible handling of data protection and IT security standards
Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and service-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills
