Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensure order processing from demand notification to delivery.
Check price offers and agree on economical purchasing conditions.
Identify material shortages early and initiate appropriate measures.
Develop solutions with suppliers in case of delivery deviations and quality issues.
Coordinate collaboration with production, engineering, and sales.
Evaluate supplier performance based on defined criteria.
Analyse existing procurement processes and implement improvement proposals.
Maintain purchasing data and monitor compliance with agreed delivery conditions.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with practical experience in purchasing.
Confident handling of common ERP systems and MS Office.
Experience in procurement of materials or technical products is an advantage.
Negotiation skills regarding prices, delivery times, and contract conditions.
Independent working style with reliable deadline tracking.
Good understanding of operational processes and material flows.
Strong communication skills in dealing with internal contacts and external suppliers.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
