- You support our CEO Ricarda Demarmels in the demanding daily business in all organizational matters.
- You skillfully handle correspondence and independently and proactively take care of various administrative tasks.
- You coordinate appointments with ease and high flexibility and ensure a forward-looking, optimal, and effective daily schedule.
- You use your strong business understanding and your #creativity when creating presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Board, or other committees.
- You participate as a minute taker at the Executive Board meetings.
- You independently organize events and have the opportunity to contribute to projects.
What you bring with you
- You have further training as an executive assistant or possess the professional know-how and bring experience from a comparable role.
- You are a proactive quick thinker and always one or even better two steps ahead.
- You are a service provider with head and heart and do not get unsettled even when plans change at short notice.
- You are honest and discreet and know how to handle confidential information appropriately.
- You love to move agilely in a hub function, network well within the organization, and never lose sight of the big picture.
- You impress us with your good IT understanding and navigate skillfully in the Microsoft 365 environment.
- You speak fluent German and English.
