- Analysis and optimisation of existing HR processes as well as successful anchoring of new HR processes and solutions. Development of corresponding change measures
- Initiation and co-design of HR digitalisation and transformation processes
- Participation in the conceptual and operational further development of the personnel office in various HR topics depending on personal suitability and interests
- Development of personnel policy decision-making bases as well as further development of HR marketing
- Planning and organisation of leadership and employee events
Your profile
- Solid training in business administration or work/organisational psychology
- Interest in HR topics, especially in leading and implementing digitalisation and HR development projects
- High degree of independence and initiative, organisational skills and implementation strength
- Enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
- Ability to prepare complex topics in an understandable way and communicate appropriately to the target audience
