Mechanical Design Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Design of multi-axis loading robots and peripheral devices from concept to series production

• Creation of manufacturing documents considering guidelines, standards and internal safety concepts

• Performing FEM calculations and FKM verifications

• Documenting the drive designs

• Analysis and optimisation of manufacturing costs - internally and with suppliers

• Assembly support including development of assembly tools

• Product maintenance

• Definition and evaluation of test orders

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ and further training as a mechanical engineer FH

• Solid, several years of professional experience in the design and development of machines

• Ideally knowledge in calculations from drive technology as well as in carrying out FKM verifications

• Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD systems, preferably NX

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills

• Strong analytical and networked thinking, solution-oriented action as well as an independent and reliable working style
