Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in providing administrative staff and executives, both temporary and permanent, across numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a French-English Travel Agent for an international company.

Mission:

• Organise and book business (and leisure) travel
• Advise and propose suitable itineraries
• High-end and confidential handling of VIP requests
• Manage changes/cancellations and unforeseen events/emergencies
• Follow up files from A to Z

Profile

• Travel agent CFC ideally or similar, fluent in French and English (C1)
• 5 years of successful experience in business travel within an international environment in Switzerland
• Proficient in the GDS AMADEUS
• Service-oriented, autonomous, responsive, and flexible
• Good stress resistance, rigorous and ready to start immediately
• Valid work permit in Switzerland
