Accounting is dry? Not with us!

Are you someone who loves numbers, enjoys keeping an overview of customer accounts and also finds the right solution in direct communication with customers? Then you are exactly right with us! As a clerk in the accounts receivable area, you will play a central role in our finance department at our location in the GAIS Center Aarau (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the station) from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

In this role, you will ensure correct accounts receivable bookkeeping and as low accounts receivable balances as possible together with the team. You combine a flair for numbers with communication and regularly liaise with our customers as well as internal contacts. • As part of our team, you are jointly responsible for correct accounts receivable bookkeeping
• You independently check and clarify customer accounts and process the corresponding bookings and refunds
• You post incoming and outgoing payments and check payment bookings
• You handle supplier inquiries (transit)
• You support the maintenance of customer master data, for example when recording new customers and changes
• You create and send reminders
• You monitor the credit limits of our customers (including credit checks) and initiate blocking or release of orders if necessary
• As an important hub, you are in daily contact with our customers, internal sales and the sales front
• You also monitor reports

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following experience and skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• You ideally have a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in accounting is an advantage
• You have a strong flair for numbers and work precisely and reliably
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form are a necessary condition for communication
• You are accustomed to working with IT and/or have a strong interest and motivation to navigate the IT landscape
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a particular plus, as our ERP landscape is based on it
• Finally, you are a motivated and committed personality who enjoys working in a team and values customer contact
