This position combines the operational management of procurement, the supply chain, as well as after-sales service management. You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while contributing to the optimisation of flows, stocks, and product availability.
Supply Chain Coordinator FR/ENG - Canton of Neuchâtel (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
You act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, repairs, deliveries, and logistics operations:
- Participate in the operational management of the supply chain.
- Contribute to estimating component needs for new products.
- Maintain and update demand forecasts as well as safety stock levels.
- Ensure monitoring and resolution of pending orders.
- Analyse end-of-life stocks and recommend appropriate actions considering commercial, logistical, and financial issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure full tracking of customer orders, from entry to final delivery.
- Respond to enquiries related to prices, availability, repairs, deadlines, and shipments.
- Manage urgent situations to guarantee compliance with customer commitments.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through handling and monitoring quality returns.
- Ensure compliance with performance indicators related to deliveries and service.
Candidate Profile
You match the following profile:
- Higher education (for example a Bachelor’s degree) in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in procurement.
- Experience in after-sales services is appreciated.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and prioritisation skills.
- You are analytical, rigorous, service- and results-oriented.
- Strong sensitivity to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to solve complex problems and take initiative.
- Team spirit and ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Good command of IT tools and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
