Export Specialist International Trade 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Processing international delivery orders including deadline tracking and invoicing.
Contact person for distributors and business customers in the international market environment.
Organisation of freight forwarding and coordination of cross-border goods movements.
Checking the required customs and export documents as well as compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitoring order execution and handling logistical irregularities.
Developing uniform standards for handling international trade transactions.
Contributing to the introduction of digital solutions and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA.
Leading cross-departmental projects and reviewing achieved process improvements.
Qualifications:
Advanced vocational training or degree in foreign trade, business administration or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in international export processing or foreign trade management.
Knowledge of customs, export regulations and international logistics.
Confident handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in project work and coordination of various departments.
Understanding of process management and operational optimisation methods.
Independent working style, organisational skills and strong analytical abilities.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
