- Overall responsibility for a site management team on major projects
- Monitoring construction processes, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with schedule and budget requirements
- Active communication and coordination with clients, authorities, engineers, and subcontractors
- Application and supervision of safety and environmental protection regulations on the construction site
- Completed education as a civil engineer ETH/FH
- Several years of professional experience in site management of infrastructure projects
- Communicative, entrepreneurial, and self-responsible personality with good organisational skills and business fluent German
- Interest in taking on technically varied tasks
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards, preferably with SBB experience
