Job Description

As a Shift Coordinator, you are the point of reference for your team and the hosts. You organise and lead your shift, ensure everything runs smoothly and make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. You motivate the team, help where needed and bring your positive energy to every shift. You lead by example in terms of food safety, quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene, and you are always ready to coach and support your team.

Main Responsibilities

• Organise and lead your shift for a smooth restaurant experience
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and the team
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene
• Support the team during busy periods – in the kitchen, at the counter or in the dining area
• Foster team spirit and motivate team members
• Communicate openly and manage conflicts with empathy and respect
• Use management tools (scheduling, till, orders, inventory)
• Support training and development initiatives
