Project Manager Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Development and industrialisation of new production processes
• Introduction or expansion of new equipment and manufacturing technologies from evaluation to production maturity
• Planning, initiation, and implementation of process optimisations
• Ensuring the prerequisites for flawless manufacturing in the defined process
• Conducting technical and economic process evaluations within the scope of product expansions
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and international interfaces
• Continuous improvement of quality, productivity, and processes in Aerospace Fastener production

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education at FH level or comparable qualification in mechanical engineering, production technology, or systems engineering
• Know-how in the industrialisation and optimisation of production processes
• Experience in the introduction of new equipment and manufacturing technologies up to production maturity
• Knowledge for technical and economic process evaluations
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
• Enthusiasm for process optimisation and innovative technologies
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
