Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
As an ICT Engineer focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform, you actively shape digital collaboration and process automation. You are responsible for the operation and further development of the collaboration and document management environment, design projects from requirements analysis to productive solution, and provide professional support. Using PowerShell, JavaScript and Power Platform tools, you automate recurring tasks and noticeably digitalise processes. In 2nd and 3rd level support, you resolve complex incidents, document solutions comprehensibly and work in partnership with the specialist departments – always with the aim of making complex technology understandable.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the further development, operation and ongoing optimisation of the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform and M365 environment
You analyse, design and implement ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment and provide professional support
You drive the automation and digitalisation of processes using Power Platform and scripting
You handle complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support and find sustainable solutions
You create and maintain meaningful technical documentation
Additionally, you work in partnership with internal specialist departments and implement their requirements in a practical manner
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the ICT field or hold an equivalent qualification
You bring solid practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform
You are proficient in PowerShell and JavaScript for automating and extending M365/SharePoint solutions
You work confidently with structured data formats such as JSON and XML
You approach tasks analytically, structurally and solution-oriented and explain complex technical contexts clearly
You are team-oriented, work independently and reliably, and communicate very well in German as well as well in English
