Responsibilities:
You initiate orders and ensure their correct processing.
You consistently monitor delivery dates and order confirmations.
You continuously maintain and check disposition data in the ERP system.
For new items, you record the necessary purchasing and procurement parameters.
You process and prioritise procurement requests together with the purchasing team.
You adjust demand quantities and procurement times as needed.
You independently handle supplier enquiries for new or existing items.
You align operational purchasing activities with agreed KPIs and objectives.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship; further training or studies advantageous.
Several years of experience in operational purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment.
Experience with technical products, components, or machines is desirable.
Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office.
Analytical working style as well as good understanding of priorities and processes.
Confident negotiation skills and experienced handling of suppliers.
Independent, solution-oriented working style with a strong team spirit.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
