Scheduling Manager (M/F)

Your mission:

Do you enjoy anticipating, organising and coordinating? Are you comfortable managing priorities and wish to develop in a demanding and structured industrial environment?
We are seeking a Scheduling Manager to ensure the planning and monitoring of maintenance interventions, in liaison with various internal contacts.

Your tasks
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
• Monitor work and coordinate interventions with internal clients
• Manage and track orders necessary for maintenance activities
• Update data related to interventions and orders in SAP
• Participate in the optimisation and improvement of scheduling processes

Your profile:

Your profile
• Federal VET Diploma in production logistics, supply chain, scheduling or equivalent training
• Experience in scheduling, planning or flow management, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good command of IT tools and SAP
• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment is an asset

Your professional skills
• Strong ability to plan, prioritise and monitor several activities simultaneously
• Proficiency in planning and monitoring tools
• Ability to analyse constraints and anticipate needs
• Good understanding of flows and industrial organisation
• Ease in administrative follow-up and order management
• Analytical mind and ability to ensure data reliability
• Experience in industrial maintenance is a real advantage
