- Responsible for the entire payroll in SAP (including monthly and year-end closing tasks as well as performance-based pay for approx. 350 employees)
- First point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties regarding HR administration as well as independent support throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Recording and maintenance of master data in organisational management
- Active participation in the continuous optimisation and further development of our HR processes
- Ensuring course administration in the LMS system, including data maintenance
- Supporting and promoting our trainee in HR as a practical trainer

What Makes You Successful
- Commercial basic training as well as completed further education in HR or payroll
- Solid payroll and SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of relevant labour and social security law provisions
- Very good German or French skills with very good knowledge of the other language
- Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
- High degree of independence, accuracy, and a pronounced sense of responsibility and discretion
- Service-oriented personality with pleasure in working with different stakeholders
