What you accomplish

• Development and strengthening of our market presence in French-speaking Switzerland
• Management and development of the regional advisory team
• Active acquisition of new clients (B2C) and sustainable development of the existing customer base
• Development and implementation of commercial strategies and sales actions adapted to regional specificities
• Management of sustainable growth in turnover and profitability in your region
• Development and optimisation of operational processes to ensure smooth support for students

What you bring

• Education: Higher education
• Specialisation: or equivalent qualification, complemented by several years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of training or services
• Professional experience: Proven experience in management as well as in motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both French and German
• Entrepreneurial personality demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and a clear focus on impact and results
• Strong commercial acumen and closing ability, combined with a structured and goal-oriented working method
• French (C1)
