The business customer area - mobilezone business (B2B) - consists of the back office department based in Urnäsch AR, key account management and project management, which looks after major customers and all projects, as well as regional teams of account managers who take care of SME customers on the move.

The prerequisite for this responsible task is a completed commercial training or equivalent. Initial professional experience in customer service or similar is an advantage. Fluent German skills are a must, very good French skills (spoken and written) are essential. Other languages (Italian, English) are a plus. We are looking for a linguistically talented, communicative team player who brings a strong service orientation and always focuses on customer needs. If you have a structured way of working, are a flexible, independent and resilient personality, then we definitely want to get to know you.
You will take on the following tasks:
- Operational daily business: answering customer enquiries by phone and e-mail, coordinating complaints / escalation cases and enquiries about device repairs, contact person and support for customer concerns
- Participation in staging projects
- Various other administrative tasks
- Order processing including data entry in internal systems and provider tools
