Your profile
- Completed MScN or about to complete it
- Solid clinical experience and in-depth nursing expertise
- Interest in nursing quality and its further development
- Strong reflection, learning and willingness to change as well as critical and networked thinking, communication skills and advisory competence, and an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Desire to shape and innovate as well as enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Very good IT skills, very good German language skills in speaking and writing, good English skills
