Our client is an established company that demands the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and financial transparency. To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a responsible and communicative individual with solid controlling experience and excellent French language skills.
Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will take on a key position in controlling and report directly to the finance management:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
Conducting budget planning, forecasts, and variance analyses
Contributing to the further development of controlling processes and tools
Preparation of financial analyses and business management decision-making bases for management
Responsibility for reporting to internal and external stakeholders in German and French
Collaboration with external auditors and support during audits
Monitoring and analysing cost and earnings development of individual business units
Support in strategic projects, investment calculations, and business cases
Qualifications:
Completed business studies (university/FH) with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an internationally active company
Very good knowledge of OR and Swiss GAAP FER
Fluent German and very good French skills (C1) in spoken and written form
Proficient use of Excel and ERP systems
