What you can achieve
- You are responsible for planning production based on customer orders and stock requirements, taking into account the capacity of available resources.
- You are responsible for controlling stocks, orders, order sizes and delivery dates as well as updating the planning data with the current demand reports.
- You coordinate new listings, delistings, seasonal changes and relaunches, create the required master data and keep it up to date.
- You ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- You manage the stock levels of the product group assigned to you and actively participate in project and optimisation meetings.
What you bring with you
- You have completed basic training in the food, logistics or commercial sector and ideally have further training as a process specialist or technical merchant.
- You have several years of experience in production planning or in food production of products with short best-before dates.
- You think logically and process-oriented, are open to dealing with complexity and have strong communication skills, which you use purposefully in exchange with internal and external customers.
- You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- You speak German fluently and have basic knowledge of English.
