Senior Business Partner Continuous Improvement
Responsibilities:
- Further development and implementation of Impact360 as a company-wide continuous improvement programme
- Support in the strategic development of the CI roadmap with standards, methods, governance, KPIs and rollout concepts
- Rollout and sustainable anchoring of Lean and CIP methods such as Daily Management, PDCA, A3, DMAIC, 5 Why, Pareto, Gemba and Kaizen
- Development and further advancement of digital CI and KPI solutions with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
- Methodical support of improvement projects from analysis to sustainable implementation
- Standardisation of processes, working methods, training materials and qualification concepts
- Conducting training sessions, workshops and coaching as well as support for the train-the-trainer approach
- Analysis of operational key figures and process losses as well as derivation of data-based improvement measures
- Collaboration beyond Manufacturing & Supply Chain to identify and implement improvement potentials
- Support of the Head Continuous Improvement in CI organisation, best practice transfer and sustainable anchoring of the improvement culture
Qualifications:
- Completed technical or business management education or training, e.g. HF, FH, Bachelor or comparable qualification
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management or Continuous Improvement, ideally in a regulated GMP production or supply chain environment
- Sound knowledge of Lean Management, Daily Management and structured problem-solving methods such as PDCA, A3, DMAIC, 5 Why, Pareto, Gemba and Kaizen
- Very good knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps as well as experience with Visual Basic / VBA; confident use of Microsoft 365, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in the rollout and sustainable anchoring of Lean/CIP programmes, standards and KPI-based improvement processes
- Experience as a trainer, coach or facilitator as well as in the qualification and further development of employees and managers
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Communicative, convincing and team-oriented personality with the ability to drive change across different areas and hierarchy levels
- Willingness to travel occasionally as well as very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage
